Offices

College of International Education consists of Administration Office, Office of Academic Affairs, Admissions Office, and Student Affairs Office.

Administration Office

It is mainly responsible for drafting relevant documents on administration, submitting, transmitting, implementing and filing documents, organizing and preparing for all types of the college’s meetings and grand activities,receiving guests, contacting other institutions, as well as other daily managerial work.Besides, it is in charge of the reception of delegations as guests, writing and submitting application documents for the approval of the university’s delegations’visiting other institutions,applying for the passports and visas for the leaders, faculty members, or staff members who need to go out of Chinese mainland due to their work, and administering foreign faculty members’affairs.

Student Affairs Office

It is mainly responsible for managing international students on campus, formulating and improving the related regulations, conducting daily management of students’registering, and student status, and filing their data, understanding their latest thoughts, dealing with their accidents, organizing extracurricular practical activities, paying close attention to education on ideology and mental health, and aiding other offices with affairs concerning international students.

Office of Academic Affairs

It is mainly responsible for the college’s teaching management, and support for scientific research.It lays down teaching plans, arranges exams, examines teaching orderperiodically, carries out teaching quality surveillance and control, sets up a talent tank of professional teachers, amends talent cultivation plans, and aids the work for improving the faculty’s abilities.

Admissions Office

It is mainly responsible for the enrollment of international students, releasing enrollment information, offering advice on the enrollment, assessing the qualifications, submitting the application documents, and eventually confirming the admissions.
