In April, according to China Center for International People-to-People Exchange, Ministry of Education, GLMU was approved to cooperate with the University of Queensland (43rd QS Word Universities Rankings) and Macquarie University (130th QS Word Universities Rankings) to carry out the 2024 Chinese and Foreign High-Level University Student Exchange Program in 3 majors of Food Hygiene and Nutrition, Intelligent Medical Engineering, Rehabilitation Therapeutics.
The program adopts the mode of studying in China for 2 years and studying in Australia for another 2 years. Students who meet the graduation requirements and the conditions for granting bachelor's degrees of both universities can obtain double bachelor's degree certificates issued by GLMU and the relevant Australia university, and the undergraduate graduation certificate issued by GLMU at the same time.
The approval of the project is a major breakthrough for GLMU to promote the student joint training project with high-level foreign universities.
