On June 18, GLMU held International Student Chinese Classic Reading Contest and Graduation Celebration 2024 in the university's Art Center.

Prof.Dr. Zeng Xiaoyun, the president of GLMU attended the activity and made a speech. She encouraged all international students to learn Chinese well, feel the charm of Chinese classics in the great beauty of Guilin's landscape, and encouraged the graduates to embalm the school motto of "Great virtue, Great Doctor" in their future work and study, and play a good role as a bridge for international exchanges and cooperation.

The Contest was divided into individual and group competitions, and the students showed their solid Chinese language skills, careful preparation and performance skills. A total of 15 programs stood out and won awards.

During the celebration, students from 11 countries presented excellent shows with exotic cultural characteristics for the audience, and the atmosphere was warm and passionate. Accompanied by the beautiful melody of the school song of GLMU, the teachers and students sang together, conveying warmth and deep blessings to the graduates at the end of the activity.
