Previously co-chaired US HHS Southwest and Pacific Region Health Equity Council, and served on the Consumer Technology Workgroup of the US HHS Federal Advisory Committee on Health IT Standards. Won US HHS developer national challenges twice. Founded iHealthd to provide patient education platform. As Director of Semantic Technology at Healthline, developed the core semantic search technology that reached 100M consumers per month. 赵尔波

桂林医学院附属医院信息科副科长，系统理论博士。主要研究方向为人工智能与信息技术。工作涉及通信网络、信息系统、人工智能、机器人等领域，在信号处理 、算法设计、软硬件集成以及技术战略管理方面拥有丰富的工作经验，曾在国家和世界500强企业的重大项目中发挥关键作用，发表多篇国际学术论文，并申请多项国家专利。
